how do I resize????

I have a picture that I need resized down to 2000x1500 pixels or smaller. How do I do that??? It has to be a jpeg or gif also. I have photoshop elements.

Image > Image Size

Then save it as a jpeg. Gif files are shitty dont use that. Only good time to use them is if theres any animation in it.

I've done that image size thing but can't figure out what to do after that. Can I email you the pic and you change the size to fit for me?

For transparencies I'd rather use .PNG because its way better quality
