insurance question

Okay when i went like 2 or 3 months ago to get insurance on my truck I had a deal show up about me having a suspended drivers license in the past. Lady told me it would be off my record the nxt month or something, this was here in oklahoma is this matters. Called today to renew my insurance at a place in texas, not the same place i was told it would go off my record but the lasy said it showed up again. Who would I call to ask when it will go off my record?

I've been told 3 yrs. and it goes off your driving record but not too sure cause I had mine suspended for 8 yrs. for a DUI when I was 18 and nothing shows up now. I guess it might depend on the offense.

I'm pretty sure it's 3 years, but then again I got a ticket 2 years ago and my insurance says my record is clean.

It depends on what company runs the check, and what check they use. Some checks will have everything show up on their whether they were supposed to be cleared or not. Some insurance companies use last 2 years, some use last 5, etc. If you've ever had a DUI it will ALWAYS be on there somewhere.
