rockerpanel replacment

i need my driver side rocker panel replaced ... i just ordered the rocker today and its on its way ... the old one had some rust on it and its going to be removed ... i only need the new one welded into placed and shot with some primer ... im not going to have it painted till i get the other done ... pmme if you can do this
